my dirty laundry - paypal matter

ok ive had a guts full of paypal and ebay and have told them to F themself in an email in more ways than one.
the result in that is they have shut my ebay and paypal accounts down

all this stems from a dispute situation that someone put in on me and got resolved by the buyer getting a ful refund as normal(issued by me), but paypal never ever lifted the block on my account... there is over $250 locked in that account that they are trying to stop me getting access to... for what reasons i have no idea!

in a burst of anger ive told them just exactly what i think of there ***** services and they have retaliated and shut me down

so here is a little bit of the email they sent me regarding my account balance.

lol did you read the 180 days bull***** bit!!!!
im not waiting 180 poxy days to get my hands on my money!

i will be sending each and every transaction details to them so that they will be contacting each and everyone who has dealt with me and get there money back
what i will then do is give it a few days to settle and contact you guys who have traded with me and give you an alternative paypal account or offer you to use other methods to pay me back the funds ill be owed for goods you have recieved.
i hope your with me so far .... lol

i just wanted to let you guys who have dealt with me in the last month know the situation, i dont mind my dirty laundry being aired as i have nothing to hide

id rather be up front and tell you guys how it is before paypal contact you about me.

if everyone can wait a few days then i will have sorted it all out and then you will no doubt be contacted and told about retracting your money

That sucks ***! man,I've had some big time crap with them as well.

Here's just a quick thought,has anyone in here that you really trust payed you anything near $250? if so have the payment refunded to them and they can turn around and send you a check or Money order

+ money orders are no good to me here i cant cash them or bank them lol

i have an alternative uk fully verified expanded user account i can use in future, its just i like to keep the income down to a minimum and use several accounts... stops the taxman from lurking lol and seeing that im earning to much hahaha

Sorry about your troubles, Dave. Paypal is a necessary evil, but the key word is "evil". I always try to tell people, don't keep large amounts of money sitting in your Paypal account. They are not the same as a bank. If they decide to limit or cancel your account, they will sit on that money for as long as they can, and you cannot touch it, even though it is your money. The 180 day wait when an account is closed is SOP with Paypal I'm afraid. Imagine if banks tried to get away with that? Unfortunately, Paypal doesn't have to adhere to the same rules.

I think we all should start using a different auction site that offers free listings and all and screw evilbay! I have been looking at several sites that I want to begin selling my stuff on and even though they are not as robust and over flowing with auctions I still think the more of us that convert over the less evilbay will get! I hate paying the fees to list, sell, recieve and send money all to one entity! DOWN WITH EVILBAY!!!!
