clams, mussels or oysters ?

I like them all, fried clams, steamed mussels, raw oysters, whatever. My favourite though is Japanese style deep fried oysters, served with tonkatsu sauce and kewpie mayo. Very tasty!

That's making me hungry.

Mussels! I love them!!! Especially the green ones.

I love semi-raw clams too, but cooked in vinegar sauce with onions. Thinking about this makes me hungry. My super protein shake is not cutting it!!

Yup, I'm a raw oyster guy, too. A little cocktail sauce and a cracker and I'm good to go on that bad boy.

I also really dig linguine in white clam sauce.

The only problem with fried clams is they have basically no taste except for the deep fry crust.

I guess that's good for some people who don't like clams.
