Clams are my favorite. As a kid I could sit with my dad for what seemed like hours and order plate after plate of cherrystone clams with him. We'd drive up to Hannover, PA just to go to Bay City, I think that's what the restaurant was called.
Raw clams are good as well; fried are, well, just fried, but they'll do in a pinch.
Oysters in shooter form are okay, but my dad also made amazing oyster fritters. Come to think of it we spent a lot of time consuming seafood.
Mussels came later in life, not a food I ate as a kid. A steaming plate can go either way, it can be a buttery, garlicky treat or it can come out with a slight hint of diaper. I like mussels, but it's more of a "settling for" seafood, not something I go out with the intent to order.
Blue crabs over anything, ever.Comment

UGH!
I hate them all. I hate seafood. I can barely tolerate a fish fry and I think I might eat tuna once a year...maybe.

How wonder bread of you.
I guess 106 million Mexicans in Mexico, and another 40 million Mexicans in the USA are wrong...and you are right.
