I might be wrong but the voice of the toy store owner sounds alot like commisioner Gordon from the Batman animated series.....makes sense as they are both Warner Bro.'s cartoons. And I did laugh

I watched it and I can sympathize with the poor guy. I hate when that happens. "I'm going to explode!"
I also spotted the MST-3K on the wall right outside the window when the lady screamed.
