Ummm... yes. I think it helps exfoliate which is important for good skin health. We use liquid soap mostly. I have lots to choose from since my girly has several, but I prefer the manly ones, because I like being chased around by hot women all day, like in the commercials.

There is a popular belief among African Americans that whites don't typically use wash cloths. Using a bar soap and rubbing it all over yourself, and then the next person does the same thing is sorta gross.
