Cowboys take QB Kitna from the Lions?

I give up folks. My two favorite teams (Dallas & New England) are the two biggest boneheads this weekend in the NFL. Toys2Cool posted the thread on the Patriots and here is mine on Dallas. Why even watch them next year? They open a new stadium where every team will want to beat them at home and they back up a Walmart poster boy like Romo with a QB from the worst team in the NFL? That's just wonderful. I've been a fan since 1968 and I'm ready to give "America's team" a new title - "America's joke". I'm disgraced.

I am not a fan of Kitna but he is a decent QB. He has just played on really bad teams. He is better than a few starters in the league. Cant argue with the "America's Joke" title though. At least they let Pacman Jones go. He was nothing but a problem.

i actually thought this was a good move.Kitna can throw bro,he just was given much of a chance in Detroit cause he got into some stuff with the Coaching staff

Kitna's a Ton Better than Brad Johnson.
Come on Tom,... if Brad wouldn't have lost that 1 game to the 1-13 or Whatever Rams,... & it was Brad who lost that game, the Cboys woulda gotten into the PlayOff's last yr,.. All they needed was 1 W ,.. & in all thier loses,.. that was really a game they shoulda Won.

With the Talent the Cowboys Have,.. if Romo gets injured again this yr,.. I don't see Kitna loosing a Game for them.

Yeah it's not so bad. Heck all they have to do is drop T.O. and grab Marvin Harrison and things won't be so bad.

not a bad move. it's not like he's going to be the starter. kitna can win a couple of games with that team if romo gets hurt.
