Major cat problem in my backyard

I was thinking that dog might just look pretty cool, paling around by your side in the passenger seat of the Mustang chasing around a different kind of tail. If you know what I mean, and I think you do.

I have a very similar problem at my house. My neighbors are feeding the strays because they think it's cute. My 2 dogs have already sent 11 cats to the afterlife because the cats ventured into my yard. I read that one of the best deterants was a motion activated sprinkler. Just set it to full blast, after a few direct hits the problem goes away.

My neighbors have turned into the Bumpusses. Half a dozen damn dogs that bark at anything. My dogs aren't bright, but they know when they're allowed to bark.

What about a paintball gun? A good one. That'd be fun and wouldn't cause any major damage to anything else if you miss. The paint washes off. It hurt's like hell, I shot myself in the foot once on purpose. Duh...
We have three house\barn cats, but I hate Strays. We have feral ones around here and they are all trouble. I'll kill a feral cat immediately, but I live in the country and it's ok to shoot if your being safe. I know how it sounds, but they cause a lot of damage to native wildlife, and I won't have that.

My friend has a Rodesian R-back, and a cat. They love each other. Cool dogs.

On a serious note...that sensor sprinkler sounds like a great idea.

I like the paintball gun idea too.

If I get a Rhodesian...he is NOT going to like cats...trust me...
