Does everyone in Belgium speak --or at least, write in English as good as you guys ?
To be honest, if I didn't know you both --- by your postings, i'd swear you both were British or American.
Is English a second language in Belgium and taught in all schools ?Comment

English is our third language here in school. At least on the Flemish side of the country. The "other side" (the Walloons) often speak French and very little else, unfortunately.
But the way I truly learned English was by reading Target novelisations of Dr. Who, and watching the BBC and American movies. That really taught me all I needed to know.
When I went to English class, my teachers asked if I was repeating that year, because I knew all the material already.
What could I say? Dr. Who taught me?.
