I know many will say it's just a squirrel.But I've never ever killed an animal before.I felt so freakin' bad,and the worse part was that it happened in front of a bunch of kids.They were all looking at me like if I'd just killed one of them

I'm not saying enjoy the kill...but don't get too bum about it.

I used to hunt with my dad as a kid...I don't hunt anymore...but I kinda know how you feel. The last animal I shot (I was about 14 years old) was a hare...and I felt really bad about it...that hare was my very last one.

I still eat rabbit though.

I kid you not, I seen an albino squirrel this past Tuesday.

He ran across my balcony and disappeared under a thick hedge.

By the time I got my camera, he was long gone.

I'm a roadkill magnet for some reason. I've hit a bunch of animals, usually with them darting out at me and I have no time to react (usually at night where they suddenly appear and scare the crap out of me). I've hit a deer (that one slammed into the side of my car), a coyote, two cats, numerous squirrels, a skunk, a bird or two, a frog and a duck. I wasn't aiming for any of them, honest! I usually feel sick to the stomach afterwards, it's not fun, especially with the bigger animals.
