Aside from the fact that JFK was president when I was born...he is the only one I remember as a little kid...that's because my mom used to have his picture in the living room...the Catholic connection, you know.

Gerald Ford was president when I was born, but my earliest memories are of Ronald Reagan. US politics wasn't high on my priority list as a kid

Johnson was Prez when I was born, but my eariest memories was of Carter. I mean really, all the peanut jokes, his brother Billy and the "Billy Beer", the hostage crisis. It was all over the place.

I have some very faint memories of LBJ... the strongest memories are of Nixon, though. I remember the little rubber sealers in soda pop caps that you could peel out. For a little while there were Nixon for President messages on some of those when I was really small. Of course, Nixon and Ford were the leaders at the height of my Mego days, but Carter was the prez when Star Wars hit! By the time Reagan was in charge I was "too old" for Megos.

LBJ was president when I was born. Since I was born on a military base, my parents have a letter from him, congratulating them on my birth.

Nixon was the first president I remember.

I remember the funerals for Bobby and Martin, but I don't remember much on Johnson, more on Nixon..

I actually have the archive CBS footage of the JFK assassination on my iPod, with all my Trek, 1999, and Galactica, concert footage, and vintage mego commercials off youtube.
