Help with a early 80's Sat morning TV show

Trying to remember the name of this show. It was a mixture of animation and live action. The show was about of high school kids that all had super powers. I think the schools name was super hero high.

The other thing I remember was between cartoons live actors would come out and interact with the audience.

    Anyone remember this show?

Those kids MUST be coached to laugh

Even kids wouldn't think any of those lame jokes were funny

Also, I wanna know how Dirty Trixie got her name

            I remember the cheer.
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
