At this point it has no practical application, but it is just bizarre to watch. It's both very cool, and very creepy..

I know the noise and form are nothing like it, but for some reason I was reminded of the alien probe from SMDM..

I think it's awesome. Anything to do with robotics is a step in the right directions in my opinion.
