Michael Jackson's brother planning 'slavery theme park'

Michael Jackson's brother Marlon is....(again according to British Newspapers)
planning on opening a ($3.4bn) £2.4 Billion Slavery Theme Park in Africa.

...some historians have condemned the project, which would include a theme park with a slave ship replica, along with casinos, shops, a golf course and condominiums.

I also heard it would have a Flesh Eating Monster that chases children...Oh no that's a different story...

"This will be an adventurous ride giving you an historical overview of African music. From hologram images, concert footage, a state of the art recording facility, to robotic figures displaying the rhythmic beats from 300 years ago where music began leading up to the biggest African group in the world, The Jackson Five," says literature from the investment group behind the plan, called The Motherland Group (TMG).

According to TMG, tourists would spend at least £285 million in the resort's first year.

I'm sure the money could be better spent on other things in Africa.

Nigeria is a very impoverished country.

Unless he lets people in for free, I can't see it getting any business.

If it's any consolation, Nigeria's GDP is number three in Africa:

It's also the most populated, perhaps that's the attraction.

But then again, the entire continent is really low on the GDP...even number one South Africa...lags behind many Latin American countries.

Perhaps they can get the Elephant Man's corpse for an exhibit and put Michael right next to him for display...No that's another story too.

Maybe a theme park in Normandy would be a great idea. Walk the paths of Omaha beach, visit the gravesites of the thousands of lives lost during the invasion, and then shoot a round of golf and sip cocktails at a 5 star resort.
