My Friday night entertainment.

So they opened up a new MGM Theatre at the Foxwoods casino and have really been piling up the acts to get it known. Went to see Frank Caliendo last night and while his actual stand-up is OK, his voice characters are incredible. Everyone has seen the John Madden, Pres Bush, Pacino, but he has quite a few voices in his repetoire. At one point he was simply trying anyone that the crowd would shout out and nailed many of em. So I was fortunate to get in and meet him after the show. Really nice guy and took pics with everyone until they were done after doing an hour onstage.

We actually talked about this. He told Jay how he picked up his mannerisms and doing him was like being a giant bobblehead with the head movements. I guess Jay took offense and then went out and did his monologue and did exactly what he had said he was doing. Which I guess got Jay even more PO'd. He actually was a pretty open guy with a couple of stories. He did tell us Madden and Barkley can't stand him. At least that's what he thinks. He also said Terry Bradshaw is a great guy, more than happy to be the brunt of the jokes on the NFL show to get a laugh.
