I know Scotts are from Scottland, Irish are from Ireland, English from England, Welch from Wales(?). However, were do the Cornish or Geories come from?

        Scots from Scotland
        English from England
        Welsh from Wales.
Irish can be from Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland.

Cornish people are from Cornwall in the south of England.

Geordies are from Newcastle in the North of England.

Now if someone can explain the dish "spotted dick" to me, without using a rude explanation, of course, cause I'd really like to know.....

Who the ****came up with that name?!

Scots get refered to as `jocks` too.
The cornish thing is the county, like the US has states.
You will also get `scousers` from Liverpool.
