I never thought it was possible, but Belle and Punkin are exactly the same cuteness! It's a complete tie!

I'm afraid this will have to be settled unscientifically. The Cute-O-Meter is too precise. It'll have to be decided by personal opinion alone. Unfortunately, since I have already used the Cute-O-Meter, I wouldn't be able to decide. My opinion is moot.
