I live in a small town in Kentucky. Apparently, we have acquired a serial arsonist. Over the last few weeks, the local fire department has been putting out small fires dotted all over town on a regular basis. It started with trash fires, a pile of wooden pallets, an abandoned building, then escalated to a trash bin behind a local grocery store. A couple of nights ago, my neighbors two houses down from me lost their home because the jackass set their carport on fire and it spread to their home. All of the fires have been set between the hours of 11 PM and 4:30 AM when most locals are asleep. My neighbors could very easily have gone up in flames had the oldest son not been awake at the time the fire started. There have now been two fires within a five minute walk from my home, and I'm a bit paranoid now. I'm hoping they catch the damned fool in the act before he manages to kill someone.

We had one in my neighbourhood last summer, set fire to several houses/cars/sheds in a three block radius of my house.

Two years before we had a guy throwing acid on cars, when I first moved in we had a flasher. Why do i live here again?

Frazier was arrested and charged with arson, third degree; fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.

They should have also charged him with attempted murder

If he's guilty, he's done thousands of dollars in damage all over town. I feel safe in saying there'll be plenty more charges before it's all said and done.

I see he set this fire around 10 pm. Seems like his compulsion got the better of him before anyone was hurt, thank goodness. Makes you wonder where the wiring got crossed in this idiot's brain.
