I'm pretty sure that that is the kid they reported on a couple of years ago. There is a genetic mutation, seen in mice, where there is a deficiency of a certain protein that stops muscle production. There was a story about a child in Germany who had this problem, and at 4 years old could lift a full gallon of mild straight up at his side 20 times. I think this is the kid. Not the parents fault, actually genetic.

Thanks for the video...just as I suspected...the parents...more so the crazy father...although I partially blame the mother for ignoring the situation and not taking any action...the kid is the one who saved them both.
The father is a scumbag.
Looks like the kid was not too damaged...he's got a good mind...and is now enjoying being a kid.sigpicComment
