Last night I watched A episode of Andy Griffith where he kept wanting to evict a family out of a house he owned.

You're thinking of Tol Avery, who played Ben Weaver in three episodes of the Andy Griffith Show. Charles Lane's best remembered film roles was as a rent collector in "It's a Wonderful Life".

Looks familiar, but I don't specifically remember him in any actual roles. You have to love a guy generic and versatile enough to play 8 different characters on one TV show though (Bewitched). He kind of looked like the grandfather I never met though. Nice long life, RIP Mr Lane.

This guy was on every major sitcom in the 60's. and some in the 70's. Pretty impressive. Noticed he was on Get Smart. Steve carrell is doing the movie next year. They showed the trailer during Potter previews. Always loved Don Adams as Maxwell Smart, I hope he can pull it off. It was one of my favorite shows as a kid. "I am The Craw (Claw in chinese accent), Hello Craw, Not Craw. Crawwww!!! Oh!" If you weren't a Get Smart fan you may not understand that but if you were you're probably laughing now.
