Did a quick test last night and had the kids help suit me up.
Granted, the leg and arm harnesses aren't right..I had to hold the arms and legs up a bit...a bunch of other things, but you get the idea...

            FYI
My Wife is interested in making the trek to MegoMeet 09. I peek at the site and didn't see any costs or whatknot yet other than how to book hotel rooms.

Info anyone? Are we talking $20 a head each day?

been working on parts and fitting....this shot is pretty close to a complete deal...all that is really left is to fit the neck seal, ab plates, and lower back plates....and still conjure up electronics of course.

I know what you mean because I spent like$4000-$4500 on my Boba Fett complete suit as well. Its sick but on certain events it pays off.Hospital visits for the kids is what I love best, and they love you every bit.

Weight is a moot issue. It is a great illusion. off the top of my head, I bet we're talking under 35 pounds. Vision, hmmm...not too bad. My eyes are smack dab right behind the lenses, so I see okay. If I get the lighting system inplace ...that may hinder my vision a bit...gotta experiment yet. Hot? not really...the suit fits big on me and airflow is nice. Havne't really spent a great deal of time in the mask with neck seal on...could get hot in the mask I guess.
