Need help finding a title to this obscure movie...

I'm trying to think of the title of this obscure B movie, but it just isn't coming to me and it's driving me nuts! Here's the plot:

Magician hypnotises the audience and commits murders in front of them. Of course everyone swears that the dead people found later were alive when they left the show.

Anyone know what the title of this movie might be? My sanity is at stake.

It sounds like something that might be from an anthology TV series -- perhaps Tales From The Crypt ?

Wizard of Gore showed up in the recent Indie hit "Juno". There's a scene with Jason Bateman showing Ellen Page a scene from it on TV.
