Watching the trailer in the computer doesn't do it justice, at the theater, this trailer looked creepy as hell.

*** was that ? God? Gods? Demonic spirits? Extraterrestrials? Gigantic Monster?

I also like the hand-held first person prespective, kinda like The Blair Witch Project.

The first thing I thought was The Blair Witch Project too! I read on Sci-Fi.com it is suspose to be a giant monster movie, so who knows for sure

Yeah, you might be right:

"Recently, it has come to light that JJ Abrams will be producing a film project currently known as Cloverfield, although this appears to be a working title. The first teaser trailer has been attached to prints of Transformers without a title. A post on Ain't It Cool News shed more light on the project, saying it involved an alien/monster called "The Parasite" and the movie is filmed with handheld cameras."

When I was in the theatre I was like "DAMN!" I gotta see that. I just wish the trailer told the name. I just hope all the hype is worth it.

Yeah, that's a great trailer. I think there's a suspicion that it's based on some H.P. Lovecraft. It's been shrouded in secrecy, though.

I heard murmurs of "Godzilla" in the theater while watching this, in front of Transformers of course. Maybe it's Mothra?

It would be a great gag if it turned out to be an extend version of that Pepto-Bismol ad with the attacking giant mascots and their upset stomach, diarreha, etc.

I thought I caught something like "Giant Robot" in the tags/credits for the trailer.

it did look awesome. My boys kept asking me, "what is that daddy? what is that?" I just looked over at them and said, "It's your grandmother on one of her tears..."
