On November 8th I bid and won a Mego Wonder Woman on eBay.
The figure was described as:
"wearing original suit, but it has a run down the front of the suit.,black rooted hair,1 boot included, dont know if its hers..Face is all good, has the star band painted on her forehead, painted eyes, all joints are good.Hair is real good too."
The picture while small looked good.

My winning bid was $23.51 and shipping was an amazingly low $2.25. I PayPal'd (PayPal ONLY auction) as per the instructions. The seller shipped pretty quickly. When I opened the box I was very disappointed. There were 2 runs not 1. And I probably could have lived with them. BUT the entire crotch area was ripped/torn and extended nearly a half inch down each leg!!!
I debated about contacting the seller since I did only pay $23.51 and similar condition Wonder Woman Megos have been going for $40+ (with intact crotches). I contacted the seller and she insisted that the crotch area was fine when she shipped it and didn't recall any detractions other than the run. I offered to send her pics and told her that there was no way she couldn't have noticed the damage and there was no way it was damaged in shipping. She apologized but never suggested that I return Wonder Woman for a refund.
After a couple of days I made contact with her and asked for a partial refund. I figured I could use the head and body for a custom and an original Mego female body does sell for between $15-$20 on eBay. And around Nov. 15th I bought a minty Mego Wonder Woman from theantiquetiger with repro boots and headband for $60. The seller agreed to refund me $5. After a week I received a check in the mail for $5. The seller doesn't accept checks or any other payment except PayPal but she sends out checks for refunds!! I shook my head and contacted her again saying that since she doesn't accept checks and since I paid via PayPal, I wanted a refund via PayPal. I know, a little petty on my part.
A couple of days later I received a PayPal refund of $5.40 and I mailed her check back to her.
