do they have an actual guitar for PS2 ?? cause it's so much more fun when you strap that thing on and play like if you're an actual guitarist

I have it, too, and even bought a spare guitar so I can play co-op with a friend. It's mostly disappointing, though... I mean, it's the same Guitar Hero and it's still a lot of fun, but the songs were better in the first Guitar Hero for the PS2, and the flaws are very, very frustrating.

            Two other issues:

            1. The faulty guitars. The guitars for the 360 are faulty (or at least the ones I have are) compared to the PS2 ones. The whammy bar has a quarter or half-second delay between when you start wailing on it and when it actually registers, and the Star Power tilt sensor doesn't work as smoothly, either.

            2. Lack of downloadable content. One of the big selling features of the 360 version was that they were supposed to release downloadable content over Xbox Live. They've only released three packs of three songs each, and that was back in April... And they haven't done any since then. I feel like I was tricked into buying GH2 a second time (since I had it for the PS2 already) based on the promise of a plethora of downloadable songs that were never delivered and probably won't be at this point.

(The songs they did release were something like $6.25 for each three-pack, and those were already available in the first version of Guitar Hero, so most GH nuts already had them.)

I'll probably end up continuing to buy the GH series because they are a lot of fun (the 80s one for the PS2 looks promising), but I'm actually a lot more excited about Rock Band, which is a Guitar Hero-like game that you can play with up to four people with drums, bass, guitar and vocals.
