02 Toyota Solara coupe. Working on 5 years (a personal record) and not looking for anything else, another shocking development.

Should have just told her you want an expensive Ford.

I have a "prairie tan" 1999 Ford Taurus, which I have had 6 years. Since I live in Brooklyn, NY the car is only driven about 5,000 miles a year. The odometer will reach 50k in a few weeks.
Otherwise I am a VE enthusiast. I had 2 Karmann Ghias and a 71 VW Fastback when I was young. When I eventually move to the suburbs, I will get another old VW. I look at them on EBAY all the time.

          Hmmmm....

          Still ride a bicycle. Cars are a ripoff. On duty I get a G-Wagon or a LAV-3.

My wife drives all of the newer model cars. She currently has a 2003 Pontiac GT Sunfire. Me? I proudly drive my black 1985 Mercury Capri complete with yellow/orange RS decals and strips. 302, 5 liter high output with a four barrell Holley. It purrs.

I put the most in town miles on my Schwinn Mesa GS Mountain Bike that I put road tires on and have a rack with bag and a trailer for toting my two daughters around town. Last year I also put about 1000 miles on my running shoes. The alternate mode of transport is a really exciting (it is hard to write sarcasm) 01 Hyundai Elantra. I need it for long trips mainly. My wife drives it more than I do. On the rare occasion we both need to drive I have a 99 Grand Marquis.

1994 Toyota Camry. Originally bought new by my parents and I bought it from them in 1999. Had it ever since. I love it and it's served me so well, I may end up just getting a similar model when it finally goes. I feel like this style camry ( I think the body was used from '93-'96) is "my" car and I see so many when I go out I don't feel like I'm driving an outdated car.
Hopefully though I can get at least another year out of it before I have to think about that.

I drive a 1992 Honda Accord EX 2 door coupe 5 speed with 190,000 miles on it. Does not burn oil and gets 33 mpg

My wife drives a 2006 Honda Odyssey so she can chauffer our 3 boys around.

I drive a 2003 mustang 6 cylinder for the gas and my wife drives a 96 chevy tahoe 4x4. Have a 69 mustang le grande that was put away after the gas went above $2. It was my daily driver. Just liked that vintage smell to it. Currently looking for another afordable on gas SUV but my wife is into spending and loves bigger cars.

I drive a 2003 Toyota Highlander. It gets ok gas mileage for an 4 wheel drive SUV (about 20 MPG average). Luckily, I work 10 miles from home so I only burn 5 gallons of gas during the workweek since I typically don't make side trips.

My wife had a '95 Toyota Previa that started to go down hill when it hit 160K miles. Leaking oil in multiple areas of the engine. Took it to a mechanic who said the entire engine would have to be lifted to fix all of the leaks at the low, low price of $1500 so we passed and just kept topping it off. We finally threw in the towel when the sliding door hinges apparently rusted and the entire door fell off when my wife tried to close it.

She now drives a pimped out 2006 Toyota Sienna. It was purchased used but only had 2,000 miles on it and I was able to get it for thousands less than a 2007 model.
