anyone start X-Mas shopping already?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if I was the only one who was almost done with X-Mas shopping,I know I could've gotten better deals if I waited till after November,But I just can't stand all the long lines and crap...People fighting,long lines for parking and all that.So this year I started early,I wasn't going to go to crazy this year as times are a little tough.But I'll atleast get the kids in the family something and my brothers and sisters.Still need a couple more but I'm almost done.

Got my wife hers today,I walked in the COACH purse store and walked out broke But it's cool,she's been great this year and she deserves it

I started My Christmas Shopping a while back. Currently I have my Older Sisters gifts already. Shes getting a WGT Book and a Vintage Klingon MOC and some Cash. So far I'm not sure what else to get the Rest of My family or my Lady. Since I'm going home this year I'll probably be taking them Shopping

i would stay away from gift cards this year. there is a lot of talk about bankrupt companies not honoring gift cards and all kinds of madness.

as for the shopping, i try to shop all year. when i see something that will work, i buy it and tuck it away

yup i'd stay away from gift cards as well

you know I got like 5 last year and out of the 5,two never worked the Denny's and a movie theater one...I even asked my uncle for the receipt and they still said nope

I have only Boughten Toys so far,... & Mostly for me.
I save all the Other stuff for last minute stuff.... , anything outside of the kids, is difficult for me.

Me and the wife left the kids at home and went shopping today from 1:30 until 8:00. We're pretty bushed. But we did get a descent head start on Christmas. We're getting certain items out of the way early and then chasing the deals on Black Friday. Anyone here crawling out of bed early to wait in line on Black Friday?
