yeah Cubans don't really believe in stuffing.Both my sisters are married to American guys and it sucks for them when they come for Thanksgiving...they all want stuffing but it's all about the White rice w/black beans,Plantains,Yuca w/Mojito, & Tostones

I use a similar recipe, except I leave out the shrooms...
I also add prosciuto along with the sausage. Can't believe Thanksgiving is next week...Yikes!!
