She makes great pancakes, but they can be lethal.

Great pancakes don't have to be greasy in order to be good.

I line mine with maple syrup, lots of butter...and some blueberry jelly...topped with whipped cream.

The secret is to get your skillet to temperature first and keep it there, not too hot because it will burn before you get it cooked all the way through.
