Indian and the Cupboard movie figures??

A friend is building some cupboards for his nieces who loved this movie, he's looking for 2 sets of the figures (Indian, Cowboy, British, key, etc) ... anyone know where he can find them or have any? I looked on eBay with no luck, they are about 2-3 inches tall I belive... thanks!

I think only the Indian was available with the VHS movie..at least I remember having him but don't remember seeing the rest
