I just got retrained in first aid and CPR. The new CPR IS 100 compressions per minute. It is fast and will wear you out quickly. You don't do 100 compression at one time, you do 30 compression than 2 breathes, but 30 compressions in less than 20 seconds is pretty fast and tiring.
