I don't know much about food eating competitions but I always see some 100 lb little guy always breaking the hot dog eating world record. You see these big brawny 400 lb + guys just chowing away and these twigs are plopping two dogs at a time in water and slurping them down like soda. Somehow they are able to extend their stomachs temporarily to hold all of the food.
I have to imagine they must purge most of it after the contest. I really can't imagine the body being able to metabolize so much food for someone who weighs so little.
