I'm not kidding...he's handsome, has a great built, he's a natural blonde...and he's a decent actor.

I also think WWE wrestler John Cena fits the profile...but he's not the actor Mathew is...but I saw The Marine...and Cena was not half bad.

Hmmm... nobody immediately spings to mind. I will saythough, that I usually like unknowns or B-listers in these things. Save the $$$ for a good script and villain casting.

I like D. Craig a lot, but a Brit as Cap seems so wrong.

Hector, no offense, but Maconahey? God no! He's good-looking, but that's about it. Too trim, and every role if his seem a smart-***. And not in that Ross costume.

Cena, that might be interesting. You think he can do stalwart without seeming wooden?

Thomas Jane might've been better as Cap than Punisher...

I have to agree that Thomas Jane would have made a pretty good Cap (except that he looks ridiculous with blonde hair).

Stoner surfer dude as Captain America? No thanks. He was asked about playing Cap on...Entertainment Tonight or one of those Hollywood shows about a month ago. He said he never heard of Captain America.

Blonde hair is not really an issue. Getting a decent is.

Honestly, no--just a few movies. Isn't it the performance that would matter?

Jane's not in the running, I just thought that he would be a better choice than perhaps Matt McC.

Again, my personal choice in these types of films would be to avoid an A-lister and channel the $$$ into a good, respectful script.
