The Star Wars figures starting in '95 without a doubt. On the positive note they made great gifts for my son who was born on '01 and is growing up loving all things Star Wars and Superheroes. Oh yeah, and those crappy Galoob Star Trek TNG figures. Bought a bunch of those too, they aren't worth a nickle.

I bought both the X-men series and the Marvel Hero version.I sold two complete lots and didn't make a fortune but gained a little.But they where cool for the times.
