Thanks Mars! But you forgot my fave:

    WNEW-TV - 1978 | Commercial

To answer my own question, I watched the 4:30 Movie all of twice; that horrid Wonder Woman thing w/ Cathy Lee Crosby , and Food Of The Gods. Mostly though, it was WNEW Ch. 5 like The Flinststones, Woody Woodpecker, Banana Splits, Dastardly & Muttley, Wacky Races, Josie & The Pussycats, Spider-Man, and then the sitcoms, Brady Bunch, Partridge Family, Bewitched, I Love Lucy and Andy Griffith Show. Sometimes it would be WPIX Ch. 11 w/ Krofft Reruns and the Marvel Men cartoons. I remember being really little and it was Batman (Adam West), Gilligan's Island, Family Affair, and Beat The Clock. After day camp in the summer it was Filmation's Superman, Aquaman and Superboy toons.

'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

Cartoons all the way. I don't remember which station was playing them but the 60's Spider-Man show and Marvel Superheroes stand out. On a side note anyone remember when WPIX had that segemnt where they show Intellivision games on screen and have callers call in and say "pix" to shoot at a target?
