Football Talk - Where's the respect for LSU?

LSU is 6 - 0 against Top 10 teams in the last two seasons (counting this season). There is no other school close to this and stil the sports writers are all about USC, Ohio State, etc.

I am ready for a LSU vs USC match up!!!!

I'm a Florida Gator, but I have to give LSU total respect. I watched the game against Auburn and the Tigers (the LSU ones, not the Auburn ones ) just wouldn't give up. They're an awesome team. Hope they have a great year. At least every game but that Gator matchup (YOU'RE GOIN DOWN!!!!) JOHN

LSU beat an auburn team that could only score 3 points the week before, against (gosh, I can't even remember)
if LSU can beat Florida in a few weeks, then I will give them props...right now, Alabama is the best team in the west in my opinion (we'll know more sat when they play GA)....if GA loses, then I say Fl vs Al for SEC....but, who knows, I have been wrong many times before!

You know, I found it very interesting listening to the talk around here after Auburn beat Miss. St 3-2. People were actually ****ed that they didn't win the game 30-3 or something like that. Never mind they did win. I looked at it as a very good defensive game. Both defensives did exactly what they were suppose to do - stop the other team from scoring. In baseball if a team wins 1-0 it's a pichers duel, meaning it's a defensive game. Why can't we have that in football once in a while.

I hope your right about Bama. I'd love to see them go right through Georgia.
