Apparently this is common. Around here, the vets say, most of the Skunks are Rabid. We've had a couple run by in the night. The dogs freak out but haven't been sprayed yet. To me they smell like College.

For those of you who missed it last week.

I like the smell of skunk, but this would be a bit much for me.

My dog has been sprayed TWICE. It's SO much fun giving her a bath in tomato juice, and that doesn't completely cut the stink. If one of those babies lets lose in your yard you can smell it for weeks. That woman's house will probably have to be condemned!

Let the skunk have the house.
    I think it's earned it.

And the lady has earned some new glasses.

This is straight out of Over The Hedge....

    Pepe Le Peu strikes back

MOUNT CARMEL, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania woman who thought she was petting a neighbor's cat got a smelly surprise when it turned out to be a skunk. Not only did the skunk spray the woman before dawn Monday, but it ran into her Mount Carmel home.

Police spent hours at the home before leaving the scene, but there was no immediate word if they were able to remove the animal.
