    Starting to get some wind. I just took the last of the patio furniture and put it in the garage. Also, Pat (commander) I hope you have gotten some place safe my friend. I believe you live close to Galveston. James (garagesale) my friend, so nice of you to call. We are just watching TV and will have my daughter in our bedroom tonight. I'll post again after my boy Ike heads north.

        I forgot to add in my post.

        If'n any of you coastal folks lose power for a long time or things get real bad and you need a place to land; my house is open to you. That is, of course, if you don't mind sleeping in a room filled with toys. and boxes of toys. and packing materials. and more toys.

                We are getting constant 30 mile an hour winds here all day today. After last week (Gustav), still major cleaning up going on alot of people w/o power still, these winds are not helping. People are starting to lose power again.

                        Just outside, the wind is fierce. Actually it felt kinda good. I bet my thought on that will change in a few hours.

                            I'm hoping it stays east of I-45 and we won't be on the "dirty side" ... Needless to say in 5 years there'll be a bunch of Ikes anf Tinas in the kindergarten classes.
