    It Finally Happened...

...I got my son to say Mego! He's a little over 2 years old and I have been trying to get him to say it since he was 4 months old! (Nobody told me he was unable to learn to speak at that age) Every time I would say, "Say Mego." he'd reply with "I go!" I'd say, "No, not I go, Mego." But to no avail. But today he said Mego about 4 times in a row with my applause to reinforce this good behavior. I told him I was proud of him. And it's true! I'm so proud of my boy!

Now it's time to take it to the next level. Getting him to tell me the names of all of my Megos. I know he can do it!

Did anyone else get excited when their children said Mego for the first time?

"I prefer to remain an enigma."

Ahh true happiness is when your little one's first words are Mego. And so it begins. Another Mego collector has been born.

Congrats! My son is about the same age, and I have to admit that it never occurred to me to try and make him learn to say "Mego". That's a good idea, I'll start trying. He can almost say "Spider-man" though.

Good Going. Now teach him Circle Suit Spiderman. I know he can do it! I'm still working on getting my godson to say that one myself and he's 4 and spiderman and batman are his favorites so I know he'll do it one day.

Update! My son calls Batman "Batun", and Spiderman "Manny". Hulk is "Hoke". He's so adorable! I know I'm biased, but he's still adorable. And it all started on the day he was born...
