Gustav Following Big Sister Katrina & Brother Andrew

Thats right, on the same week hurricanes Katrina and Andrew hit Louisiana, Gustav is expected to do the same, with the strength of atleast a Cat 3.

I just got back from Wal-Mart. What a nightmare. Funny thing is, of all the stuff people are grabbing up, the toilet paper isle was wiped out!!

I got the essentials, bread, milk, water, lunch meat, BEER, cokes, batteries, etc.

Do you have a generator? That's one of the 1st things I bought when moving to my new home

It was on sale at wal-mart at 50% off from $600 to $285 or something

I don't have a generator, looked today at Home Depot, but they said they are sold out state wide. Same with Lowes. I made it through Andrew and Katrina without one, we should be fine.

Hurricane anything is bad.......Including Miami Hurricanes!!! (with the exception of Pat O'Briens Hurricanes!!!)

Charlie hit just under 20 miles from me, And my friends always ask me why i hate this state, When tropical storm faye hit the stores were all picked clean around here and there was no gas left at the stations happens every year

Hanna's supposed to turn and go up South Carolina way in the long run. We had our shot this year with Fay. I sure don't feel like catching the swans again.

Better safe then sorry, I spent the whole day boarding up my house and my girlfriends parents house for nothing as we got only rain from Fay and not much wind but better safe then sorry
