I just bought a copy of the paperback and I am reading it now. I figured I would refresh my memory. I am excited they are making a movie of this!! Hopefully they stick to the books and don't **** it up!

Saw it today with DK, it looks right on the money. Every scene looks like it was storyboarded using the comic. I can deal with Nite-Owl being more Batman looking and Ozymandias' costume change. Rorshach look perfect.

wow gotta say ...this does now look very, very impressive...still don't like the costumes on a few of the characters but the owl looks great ...manhatten looks great and it looks like the comic......may well start looking forward to this rather than dread it's arrival....still keeping fingers crossed though.

I am crossing my fingers that it lives up to the series because that is one of the best things I have read, be it novel or comic, in the last few years.

see...now is that pre mid aged spread Nite Owl or are they going to ignore the age of the characters and go with pretty people?

^^^ Pretty sure that's the 1980's Nite-Owl. I think that and Ozymandias might be the only places they go off model for the movie.

                        Hmmm....
I think KnightOwl is more appropriate.
