Well I finally watch the new Bat In The Sun mini-movie along with his other Batman movies and there is a pattern: 90's dark, gritty and basically solo action movies. Its good but I would love it if they would move past the solo crimefighter. Visually its better than most of the big-budget movies and the extra villains do not take away from the script.

I did see in the credits that Catwoman was listed but I do not remember seeing her.

      There is a post-credits scene.

I’m not a big fan of Batman as the one-man-gang street-warrior-whatever. I like Batman as a detective, and while they did throw a crumb of detective work in, it was pretty lame.

And in the end, the story was pretty pointless.
Much like the Batman Three Jokers.

Very well made. A bit too grim dark for my tastes, but I know a lot of people love that. I don't really need to see Batman maiming people. He should be able to take someone down without crippling them for life, even if they do deserve it. But I know I'm an old fuddy-duddy fart in that regard. Still, very impressive production, and worth watching for sure.

Liked the Dead End Joker, too, but it was just over a minute; not sure if that's a fair comparison. Dying is Easy was a fun ride. Personally, I enjoy Batman being the purveyor of "The ol' ultraviolence".

I’d take a few seconds of Batman Dead End Joker over 2 hours of Batman Dying Easy Joker.

Hec, if you haven't seen this it's one of the best films on YouTube. Plus it has Superman

I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.

Just finished watching it. Kevin Porter as Batman is absolutely amazing. That guy completely gets it. What I can't understand (and what I will never understand) is how someone can make a low budget Batman short story that blows the doors off a project that takes years to make from Hollywood. The outfit and cowl are superb. The mannerisms are what I would expect from the Dark Knight. And the voice of Batman is perfectly delivered. Even the fights are choreographed so nicely. And what people can do with effects now is off the charts.

I thought the story was nicely flushed out for a short film and the acting was on target. I agree that the Joker was probably the weak link in the cast. He was definitely good, but it felt a bit rehearsed in places. So those mannerisms, while interesting, didn't necessarily strike me as spontaneous. I think with the Joker you can't just act insane. The audience has to believe you're insane and that has to come from an entirely different place of unease that is less predictable.

But overall a brilliant film. I applaud all the incredible talent involved in this production.

I watched it last night. Another amazing picture that is very well done. Grabbed my attention from the start and never let go.

It's really quite good. I could pick at it a bit, but no more than I would for any licensed film. It's amazing what can be done now. It also flies completely in the face of WB, and I'm surprised they let it stand. It's what got some of the Star Trek fan films in trouble.
