You know, "This is Superman. Tune in next week..."
I was reading an interview with a guy who worked on the second and third seasons, and he mentioned he audio-taped the first seasons, including those previews, "that don't exist anymore." (He died in 2018, so I can't ask him.)
As a connoisseur of lost media (I'm trying to find Toonami's old "Trapped in Hyperspace" game and got a beta version of the training stage e-mailed to me by the developer of the game, who will HOPEFULLY look on old CDs at his parents' house - it's been 3 years and he never did!), I'm intrigued by these previews and I'm hoping a 16mm print of one of the first season episodes makes its way onto MySpleen (they do have B&W prints of The Fantastic Four 1967 and The Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure) so I can see if they really don't exist anymore. I decided to ask you guys if you remember these previews, because you were probably around for the original run.
Time for me to go. Black VULCAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!
