What a way to spend Fathers day,
I took two of my kids aged 14 & 16 to see FF #2... And I dunno maybe because I thought the Movie was gonna suck that I lowered my expectations and it surprised me. But it was just pure fun and entertainment. I loved every minute, I didn't care less about the minor comic continuity flaws (There were plenty, I didn't care) Because it was just a good old fashioned family entertaining movie, unlike Spidey 3 where pace and plot were sacraficed to squeeze in Venom.
One thing I will say, If Sub-Mariner wasn't already contracted to be in his own movie. I would swear thats where the plot direction was taking us for FF #3.
Also, I never thought that I would see the day that I would be lining up to go in the Cinema and see two of the options up in lights, "Spider-Man 3", "Fantastic Four 2". Its enough to see a grown Marvelite cry.
