DC Solicits for September...No Batman issue??

I looked and looked thru the new DC solicits and didn't see the new Batman issue anywhere. Maybe October will the be the roll out for the new Batman? The latest mention as to who it is going to be is Tim Drake.

How old is Tim Drake supposed to be? Still a teenager, right? Why, oh, why then would they make him Batman when "R.I.P." occurs just 6 months prior to the unveiling of the new Batman? If DC does do this it's a stupid move, even if it is short-term.

The only way I "might", not cancel ALL My DC Books in protest is...if Dick Grayson steps in as Batman.

I don't get somethings.... & Writing Bruce off as Batman Is one of them. Not with the New Movie comming out,.. the talk of The Batman and the Justice League. Then there's the hundreds of Toys out there,.. Not to mention that Ever Since "Hush'' came,.. the Batman Comics are Hotter than Ever & are always in DC top sellers of the Month. It really Doesn't make any Logical Sense to me.

I don't wanna see Dick as Batman. He's not that Much of an ****** to take the role,.. imo.

Maybe this is why Chuck Dixon is no longer writing Robin or BATO...?

I haven't read any Batman titles since Hush, I don't plan to. I'm evented out. Unless they approach Batman the way they're handling Detective, with the Paul Dini done-in-ones, I don't see any point.

I had no desire to follow Knightfall, or any of the mega event crossovers in the Batman titles that have gone before. I have Prodigal. I can re-read that. I'm not really sure what could be done to breath new life into Batman. Maybe less exposure. Cut back to just Batman and Detective. Tell great stories. Like Dini has been doing. Okay, maybe I'm exagerrating. I bought the one trade paperback collecting what he's done and I liked it alot...
