There's lots of possible reasons for that which have nothing to do with poor oral hygiene. I've had to have four molars pulled as well as a root canal because my mouth is very small and the back ones grew in sideways. I also used to grind my teeth in my sleep and cracked two of them.Comment

Chris Evans is the modern-day equivalent of Christopher Reeve (sorry Henry Cavill). And you can see Reeve's fillings when Superman screams in Superman The Movie. It's tradition!

Seriously, before he landed that role...he was a highly annoying actor...if you don’t believe me, check his previous movies.
Same applies to Ryan Reynolds before Deadpool.
But both are now cool...so take it easy on me...

or they were fillings done in the WWII era and he just hasn't gotten them updated to modern tech, he is a man out of time, so things about him will be anachronistic, not perfect (if you need a story rationaliation to make it work for you).
And Cap's thing isn't that he's perfect, it's that he is always striving to be better. You can't strive to be better if you are already perfect.

On all the posters, magazines, etc., it seems that NONE of the CHARACTERS are wearing the mask or helmet one might associate with said CHARACTER. Instead, we have IRON STARK, SPIDER-PARKER and BLACK T’CHALLA in addition to a maskless CAPTAIN ROGERS, so I don’t think only Evans’ ego is the one in question. I think everyone knows who’s playing everyone at this point and I think the MCU is in serious peril of ego overload. I want to see the CHARACTERS I grew up with, not the actors playing them...sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here!
