Pretty much confirms this is a Lone Wolf and Cub variation. That's a great choice.
So the the production designer for Avengers 3&4 said they're going to explore worlds like Doctor Strange...makes the meta-comic scene feel like a setup for costumed Wolvie to appear in A4/Secret Wars.Comment

Saw it today.
It's a fitting send off for Jackman in the role.
The combat sequences are the bloodiest, most vicious of any Wolverine movie.
Very grim and gritty... it unfolds at a fairly leisurely pace, but the film doesn't suffer for it.
The girl is great as X-23, too.PUNY HUMANS!Comment

Yeah, I was thinking this kind of felt a lot like a Wolverine'd version of "Unforgiven", so it has my $$. Logan and Xavier both dropping f-bombs. Maybe it's because they're similar scenarios, but the opening of the trailer reminds me a lot of Eleven's trip to the market in STRANGER THINGS.
