I read Six Pack and Dogwelder #1 from DC and thought it was funny and weird all in one. The 2 page spread with The Spectre BLEW ME AWAY!!!! The one above is actually from issue 2 which I have to pick up.

BTW, if anyone can help me find Russell Braun pages with Spectre in them let me know. I WANT!!!! that 2 page spread from #1. That's how perfect he would be for a new Spectre series. Better than Mandrake, better than Adams, and better than Aparo in my opinion.

Just found out he's a New Yorker and will be at NYCC this week. I detest NYCC...but there have been a few people that I JUST found out will be attending and just got a ticket for Thursday. If it wasn't for these new late minute additions and the face that Russ will be at the show with some original pages from Six Pack and Dogwelder I wouldn't go to the NYCC. It's too much of an "Event" and not much of a comic book show for my liking. Just found out from a friend that Jerry Ordway will be in attendance on Thursday...so I'm hoping I can get Jerry and Rich Buckler to sign my All-Star Squadron poster I posted in this section earlier in September. Now I gott go and dig out some books to get signed....ughhh.

Has he done any other Superhero stuff...or weird/sci fi stuff like Spectre?

Oh, this is interesting... he was Perez's inker on a couple of War of the Gods over Perez. From what I've heard, Perez was overworked so perhaps he had a greater contribution than the inker credit indicates? Worth asking him about this!
