Looks like a tease for his recharge suit after he de-croaked in the comics. The black suit may be the only thing they don't screw up. I wonder if Henry will have long hair too.

Not sure how to type spoilers tags, so I won't... but if the leaked rumor about his rebirth is true... I can see this just being the suit immediately after. Then he gets exposed to the yellow sun, gets his colors back (as much as he has colors in these movies), and Supes is back.

...that was my point about Black Zero.

It's about context. They're not going to throw him in black for the fashion. The implication is his body ends up in Black Zero for the resurrection because that's where the suit would be found.

Now, did he put it on after resurrection, was he buried in it or did they dress him in it as a conduit? I'm hoping the first choice.

Yeah, I am just going to assume they're using this for the rebirth thing and nothing more. It follows established mythology, despite my feelings about it's source.

WB really needs to stop looking at Frank Miller and 90s gimmick books for inspiration. There is mountains of fantastic, compelling source material out there.
