15 Most Powerful Members of JLA Ranked

I haven't read the link yet, and I'm no rocket scientist, but why wouldn't Superman be #1? and where's Batman on the list?
or maybe he doesn't count because he technically has no super powers.

If you read the link it goes into detail on the ranking. I'm no DC fan so really many of these characters I don't even know which is why I asked others opinions and why. Batman gets an honorable mention at the end of the ranking.

Yeah The Flash ranking had me chuckling a bit.

I think the Flash is pretty formidable, certainly more so than he's depicted on TV. He has complete molecular control and access to the Speed Force, unlike many other speedsters. Faster than any other member.

But the list is confusing to me, I don't consider many of those characters as JLA members. Admittedly they're rating modern, not Bronze, versions, but even by their own criteria, shouldn't Power Girl be just behind Supes? I love WW, but IMO she's ranked too high. Glad to see some Shazam! love. I'd choose, considering raw power and aggregate abilities:

3. Superman
4. Green Lantern (Hal)
5. Wonder Woman
6. Dr.Fate
7. Power Girl
8. Flash
9. Capt. Atom--never cared for him

And ranked: Batman, Black Canary, Green Arrow.

And I think Superman is unquestionably the leader of the JLA; no other member has better skills or temperament for it. Perhaps Wonder Woman or Aquaman in his absence.

And whatabout Metamorpho?

He was a reserve member and a regular of the Outsiders. I always thought Metamorpho was a fantastic character.

Firestorm is #1 because he can change the structure of atoms. He can make anyone pass out by changing the oxygen atoms in their lungs...and thats just to start.

Zatanna would be higher because of magic, but she's not all that good at getting the results she wants.

And I admit I know almost nothing about Vixen.

Just because a character is higher in that ranking doesn't mean he's going to have the best record.

I agree. If I recall correctly, after Superman died, Wonder Woman became leader of the League

It's vogue to hate on Superman these days. Disrespecting millennial punks, lol.

If Superman had my mind, my train of thought, Superman would easily be number one...because trust me, I won't be a Boy Scout, I'd be pure baddarze kick arze mofo...no one would have a chance with a Superman with Hector's mind, lol.

Logic goes out the door with these things. Take Martian Manhunter for example. Fire is his kryptonite, fire. Think about it...fire is EVERYWHERE...kryptonite is extremely rare. MM is way more at risk than Superman. Superman is powered by the sun...the sun in turn...KILLS MM...sorry, it's silly to have MM over Supes.

Captain Marvel...the mind of a kid...right there there eliminated him from the top spot, lol.

Let's end all those silliness once and for all...
