I was just thinking he is going to get a mean friction burn. I guess the eyepiece area is aerodynamically designed to push the wind up over the top of his head.

I was going to mention that it does look weird for the top of his noggin to be exposed. Seems like, as fast as he goes, the exposed hair would burn off due to friction...

that was actually an interesting point they played with in the Bart Allan incarnation of Kid Flash. Bart's mother is a Thawne (descendent of Eobard), which makes him half legacy to Reverse Flash/Professor Zoom.

Since Kid Flash is debuting in the butterfly effect fallout in Season 3's Flashpoint premiere after Barry saves his mom in the past, I wonder if the comics trope that Speedsters are somewhat immune to the changes in the time stream kinda hold true (since he was obviously given his speed powers this season after being exposed to speed force energy and going into a coma like Barry).
